New Duplexes Opening In Maple Crest

This Spring is going to be sizzling with hot NEW duplexes! Six brand new duplex show homes from Bedrock Homes, Landmark Homes and Look Master Builder are set to open one block south of the current show home parade in Stage 7. Shopping for your new home has never been easier as you can tour all of our beautiful show homes in one convenient location.


These affordable, family homes range from 1352 – 1555 sq. ft and feature 3 beds, 2.5 baths, front attached garages and designer specifications.

Landmark Homes is introducing two new duplex models, the Canmore and Panorama. Both models feature an open concept design with up to 1531 sq. ft of living space and feature some of Edmonton’s best value pricing.

Bedrock Homes prides itself on building quality homes with lasting value, and they’re set to introduce their popular Birk and Kent Ashbury floor plans to Stage 7 in Maple Crest. Both floor plans feature an open concept main level with an L shaped kitchen, single attached garage and plenty of customizations like a bonus room or computer loft.
